Virtual Booking How-To

I wanted to put together a quick page to show you the booking process in effect on the new site as of March 30th!

Here’s a quick overview video. If you aren’t a visual/video person just scroll down for the steps.

Go to the Class page and select an event you’d like to book
Complete the required information and click the Book button. (If you have an account and are logged in, this information will be pre-populated for you)
Complete the Check Out process! If you have any discounts or vouchers available they will show up to use!
If you don’t have an account yet, you’ll create one during the check out process. If you already have an account and aren’t logged in, just click the link at the top of the page.
Check your email for your confirmation and invite with the Zoom link.

Purchase your discounted class pack before you book a class by going to the shop page and selecting which pack you’d like to purchase. Please note, these must be separate transactions.
Complete the required information to check out and create your account. If you already have an account, please use the Login link at the top of the page.
Once you’ve completed your order and entered your payment information the discount passes you purchased will be generated and associated with your account. You’ll also get a copy of the code in your email as well as your order confirmation/receipt.
At this point, jump up to the section above and follow the class booking steps!

If you are a current virtual student with me, you will have received an email with a link to set your password.
Click the link, set your password, and then log in!
If you had any class credits remaining, those will be associated with your account and available during the check out process.
If you need to purchase classes, follow the discount pack instructions above or check out and purchase an individual class using the steps list for booking a class.
